Structural characteristics of spiral quick-freezer
1. Overall design:

2. Symmetrical wind circulation in the quick-freezing room; the cold wind from the evaporator evenly faces the frozen products in each layer of the spiral, the wind speed field and temperature field in the freezing area are uniform and stable, and the frozen products face the wind evenly.
3. The return wind speed of the indoor parts of the inlet and outlet is the smallest area; the adjustable wind baffle is installed outside the inlet and outlet to reduce the loss of cold energy at different temperatures inside and outside the quick-freezing room.

2. Mechanical transmission:
1. Conveyor belt chain mesh adopts food-grade bright SUS304 stainless steel spiral mesh belt, the mesh surface is flat, the chain piece and the shaft are connected and run flexibly, and the chain piece is equipped with high protection ribs. The end of the mesh rod adopts a ball-shaped structure with a cap and a welding connection method.
2. The contact parts of the mesh belt and the guide rail slideway support are all made of ultra-high molecular polyethylene material. The rotating hub adopts a squirrel cage structure, and the contact part between the rotating hub and the mesh belt adopts a stainless steel frame inlaid with an arc-shaped vertical ultra-high molecular polyethylene strip.
3. The rotating hub is driven by an outdoor direct-acting frequency conversion deceleration device, and the chain-net tensioning device is tightened by a heavy hammer. Equipped with alarm devices for tensioning and operation failures, as well as shutdown and emergency stop devices.
4. The driving motor adopts Shihlin frequency converter to steplessly adjust the running speed.
5. The feed inlet is equipped with a chain-net automatic cleaning and air-drying device.
3. Evaporator and wind guide:
1. The evaporator adopts high-efficiency variable-pitch aluminum fin tube group with surface oxidation and anti-rust treatment. The liquid distributor is evenly distributed, frosting is lagging, and the air flow is unobstructed. The bracket air plate shell is made of stainless steel.
2. High-efficiency and energy-saving axial flow fan, fan tube bracket stainless steel, fan blade rust-proof aluminum alloy, fully enclosed low-temperature, moisture-proof and waterproof motor.
3. The water-melting frost spraying device adopts the upper spraying form, which is uniform, fast and clean, and drains independently.
4. 4. Envelope structure:

The bulk density of the polyurethane insulation board is ≥40kg/m3, the thickness is 150mm, and the thickness of the double-sided 304 stainless steel panel is 0.8mm outside and 0.5mm inside.
The inspection door adopts low-temperature and oil-resistant double sealing tape, double hinges and double door inserts, 36V safety voltage electric heating device, and the heat preservation panel is the same as the enclosure structure.
The bottom plate is full of water trays, and it is inclined in both directions to avoid the breeding of microorganisms in the accumulation of ice and water. Avoid cold bridges.
